Plate, photo of the car, and an ETA. On the morning, I message again as I leave.
Cancel free up to 24 hours before pickup.
Within 24 hours, half the fare covers the lost slot. We never charge for flight cancellations, delays past my control, or genuine emergencies. Same rules for us if I have to stand a job down.
07:00 to 22:00 daily, and pickups start from 07:00. For an earlier flight, WhatsApp first so we can work out whether it is doable. I do not run the small hours of the morning.
