Cancel free up to 24 hours before pickup.
Within 24 hours, half the fare covers the lost slot. We never charge for flight cancellations, delays past my control, or genuine emergencies. Same rules for us if I have to stand a job down.
Replies 06:00 to 22:00 daily. For very early-flight pickups, WhatsApp first to check I can fit it in. I do not run the small hours of the morning.
